Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve quality and EHS standards and procedures
• Be the customer “voice” and understand expectations related to our products and services
• Ensure products and services adhere to corporate environmental, health and safety standards
• Supervise quality and EHS teams of the operations
• Drive continuous improvement process at all Russian locations
• Oversee raw materials traceability that are used in production
• Collaborate with technical teams on production and infrastructure improvements
• Inspect, analyze and investigate all non-conformities
• Manage the Quality System, ISO compliance and food safety standard (BRC)
• Identify risks/opportunities for quality/EHS improvement of product, service, process, etc.
• Monitor, evaluate and confirm all quality and EHS related preventive/corrective actions
• Engage with customers and be proactive with product and service feedback
• Interact with the Group Quality/EHS teams to ensure full compliance
• Handle all relevant reporting

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Quality, Engineering, or other relevant field
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a must
• Quality training and/or certification is an asset
• Team supervision experience is required
• Data analysis and statistical aptitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent English is a must both written and spoken

• Previous experience in packaging industry would be an advantage
