I am responsible for electronics service of Top Drive Canrig 8035-Е500 and Varco TDS -9S on the rig station. It includes the daily maintenance of Thyristor converters, VFD ABB 800,880 and Siemens S120,G130,G120.PLC Siemens S7-1200, S7-300, S7-1500, PLC Allen Bradley SLC 500; profibus , profinet, remote I/O networks ; relay of temperature, pressure; analog and limit sensors, circuit breakers, contractors, motors and transformers, encoders. I now the TIA portal, step 7, Starter, RS Logix500, Drive monitor and drive composer software.

Putting into operation industrual equipment based on siemens controllers Simatic S7-400, S7-300, S7-1500. Adjusting software with TIA Portal v16, step7. I/O check of sensors: encoders, inductive sensors ;analog sensors and realays( level, temperature, pressure); lazer sensors. Parameterizing of frequency convertors Danfoss, ABB 880.Adjusting of profibus, profinet industrial network. Checking wirings of motors, terminals, plugs of sensors. Checking settings of circuit breakers, safety relays, soft starters. Checking out pneumatic, hydraulic valves. All the communication with customer (Eirich)are on English. Locations of customer's plants are in Russia and Germany.

At the beginning I worked as commissioning engineer of NGN telecommunication equipment of Nortel Networks Corporation. My responsibilities were putting into operation, testing, monitoring IP network and our servers, translating manuals, reporting for manufacture's engineers. Then I worked as service engineer of VoIP of services in service-desk department. I registered new subscribers , tuned their services on company's softswich according to the valid agreement, supported customers equipment remotely throught analizer-program "WireShark" and other ones. Often it was mutual activity with subscriber or his system-administrator. I work with different types of network equipment : routers,Nortel softswitch CS2000, switches, softphones of different manufactures : Cisco, Huawai, Grandstream,TP-Link, D-Link, Netgear ,etc. And at the same time I was in charge of the company's monitorig center. A team of four engineer including me monitored and repaired company's servers around the clock. Our duties were qualification alarm's messages, localization wrong equipment or its settings and troubleshooting
